HOW DOES UK DELIVERY WORK?

The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being made.

We currently offer 2 UK based options:
Royal Mail 24hr Tracked - Average Delivery Time: 1-2 Working Days
Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - Average Delivery Time: 2-3 Working Days

If you have a UK order of over £100, you will be entitled to FREE DELIVERY at checkout.
HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY WORK?

We ship all of our orders to Europe & Internationally using Royal Mail International Tracked. Price will be calculated for you at checkout.

Sleeves are graded separately from the vinyl to provide a clear picture of each item’s overall condition. GRADING

All records listed on Deep Gems are graded in line with the standards used on the Discogs marketplace. Each item is visually inspected, hand cleaned, and play-tested to ensure the grading accurately reflects both sound quality and overall condition.
