The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being made.
We currently offer 2 UK based options:
Royal Mail 24hr Tracked - Average Delivery Time: 1-2 Working Days
Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - Average Delivery Time: 2-3 Working Days
If you have an order of over £100, you will be entitled to FREE DELIVERY at checkout.

We ship all of our orders in Europe & Internationally. This will be calculated for you at the checkout with a list of every option and price available to you.

Please e-mail info@deepgems.store using your Order Number as the subject and what the issue is in the body of the text, and we will look into the issue.
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO CONTACT ABOUT THE ORDER ISSUE?
You must let us know about the issue within 2 days of receiving your order, or the date your order was due to arrive on, and if you then return items from your order, it must be within 14 days.
DO YOU COVER RETURN COSTS FOR THE RETURNED ITEMS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return costs for items you are returning to us.

If your item appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@deepgems.store within 2 days of the date your order was due to arrive on.

If you change your mind about an order or part of an order, you can choose to return any items you no longer require. You will only be refunded for the item, not the postage fees paid. This is because those fees will have already been paid to the delivery company used.
Records must be returned in the same condition that you have received it in. It also must be in its original packaging.
You must return items within 14 days from the date you received them.
If you still wish to return your item(s), email info@deepgems.store with your order number and items you wish to return and you will be issued with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
IMPORTANT:
Please include a note of your order number and reason for the return inside of the parcel. This will help us process your refund faster. If you do not take this step, it will take us longer to process your refund.
We strongly advise that you send your returns via Tracked Postage. Deep Gems is not responsible for items lost during the delivery process.

Sound clips are provided through public links to Apple Music and are offered as a courtesy to help identify the release. Any differences or inaccuracies between these clips and the tracks on the item for sale are unintentional.

Sleeves are graded separately from the vinyl to provide a clear picture of each item’s overall condition. Original inner sleeves, inserts, and any promo stickers or unique packaging elements are included wherever applicable. All product images shown on the site are of the actual items for sale, so any visible wear, marks, or other imperfections are represented accurately.

All records listed on Deep Gems are graded in line with the standards used on the Discogs marketplace. Each item is visually inspected, hand cleaned, and play-tested to ensure the grading accurately reflects both sound quality and overall condition. This approach helps maintain transparency and consistency across all listings.
